The Don economy will grow according to the cluster principle

The economy of the don region will grow on the cluster principle of industry, energy, and agriculture-a total of 11 priority areas. According to the cluster theory of development, such cooperation should help its participants develop much faster.

Eco-building cluster
The cluster approach will be used in construction. Organizations in this industry will be located nearby, like berries on bunches. Geographical advantage will allow entrepreneurs to share knowledge, grow staff and collectively use resources with maximum efficiency. Research and training organizations will work with the business.

We will train specialized personnel, create advanced technologies, develop and produce new materials at the same landfill. The core of the construction industry in the South of Russia will be a multidisciplinary Technopark of RSSU. This will be a full-cycle complex: from the moment of the birth of a scientific idea to the mass production of products. In the center of the Technopark there will be educational buildings where about 2 thousand bachelors and masters of construction will study. The three-block building with a total area of 15 thousand square meters is more than half finished. They plan to open the building next year.

The construction of the landfill will require four and a half billion rubles. Part of the funds will be allocated from the regional budget as part of the target program for innovative development of the region. "Almost the entire Technopark will be built on the terms of public-private partnership. Both domestic and foreign companies are interested in construction," says Svetlana Sheina, Vice — rector for science at Rostov state University of civil engineering.

Offices and industrial enterprises of construction companies will appear on the territory of the landfill. They will also demonstrate their resource-saving practices. A demonstration non-residential eco-village will be built in the Technopark. In these cottages, domestic and foreign companies will present prototypes of products to potential customers.

The cluster of nuclear technologies
The cluster of nuclear technologies in the Rostov region today is an Association of large organizations. Among them are industrial enterprises, research institutes and universities. At the exhibition, they presented their innovative developments and achievements. However, the main thing, according to the organizers of the exhibition, is that it managed to become a platform for communication with future participants of the cluster.

"The cluster exhibition itself was aimed at showing that the Rostov region is ready to implement a cluster policy. Accordingly, I am ready to attract businesses and specialized design bureaus to become members or residents of individual clusters, "explains Dmitry Sinyapkin, head of the center For analysis of Strategies and Projects.

The first attempts to create a cluster of nuclear technologies in the Rostov region were made in the early 70s of the twentieth century. At the same time, the Atommash plant was built. Today, experts believe that the don region has all the opportunities to develop this direction.

"The Rostov region has great potential opportunities for the development of the nuclear industry. However, it is still in the outsiders. Our universities that train specialists for the nuclear industry are poorly represented. And the existing capacities are not clearly focused on the nuclear industry, " says Alexey Borovik, Director of the Rostov-on-don atomic energy Information center.

However, according to experts, support from the regional authorities will help enterprises, universities and financial institutions understand each other and unite in a powerful cluster of nuclear technologies. Today its membership consists of the plant "Red boilermaker" SKB "Krasny Gidropress", "Tomasselli" and others.

Cluster of energy-saving technologies
There will be more energy-efficient facilities on the don. The exhibition of the cluster of energy-saving technologies has become one of the most visited at the exhibition. Developments in this area are in high demand among both customers and investors. The cluster of energy-saving technologies already unites more than a dozen manufacturers, suppliers and scientific institutions. They pay special attention to developments in the use of alternative energy sources.

"Increasing the overall energy efficiency of a wide variety of projects is a topical issue. We can't do without using renewable forms of energy and similar equipment, " says Viktor Medvedev, General Director of JV TOP-design.

In the Rostov region there are favorable conditions for the use of solar and wind energy, as well as the heat of the earth. However, for a number of reasons, imported equipment is still used when creating energy-efficient facilities. At the exhibition, the first steps were taken to correct this situation. In the near future, the cluster of energy-saving technologies should be replenished by the enterprise for the production of solar panels in Azov. It will collect solar modules that can be installed on the roofs of buildings instead of the roof. In addition, the production of home microclimate systems may appear on the don. Such a company is already operating in Moscow. Recently, there has been a surge in orders for such systems from the Rostov region. "This is a system that combines ventilation with heating and air conditioning. A small box like this. And in the future, it reduces energy costs by 50% and at the same time creates a microclimate in the house: air exchange, the right temperature, etc.", — said Dmitry Berezutsky, Chairman of the Board of the Association of manufacturers of high-quality housing "Greenstroy".

Reducing the energy consumption of the object can also be achieved by increasing the thermal insulation, which is an important factor in saving resources. A new word in such technologies is fibrolite slabs — a wood composite based on cement. According to Dmitry Berezutsky, soon it will be able to produce on the don. Today, negotiations are underway to start construction of the plant in Volgodonsk. It is planned that the company will be equipped with the most modern equipment from the Netherlands.

Nanotechnology cluster
The basis of the nanotechnology cluster is represented by projects of the southern Federal University. The scientific and educational center "Nanotechnologies" presented developments in the field of new materials based on nanotechnologies. "Steel as such, in the usual sense, does not always justify its properties in terms of reliability and thermal properties, "says Andrey Rukomoikin, a graduate student of the Department of micro — and nanoelectronic equipment Technologies at the TTI SFU, presenting a new development. — In this case, these are carbon composites that allow you to create special crucibles with a melting point of 3000 degrees. They are necessary at a temperature of 1600-1800 degrees, when the steel begins to melt and even evaporate."

Using these materials, you can create devices for high-tech equipment, such as mobile phones. In addition, the Taganrog center has recently received several patents for the creation of low-cost solar panels, as well as gas sensors.

The research Institute of physical and organic chemistry is also engaged in developments based on nanotechnologies at the southern Federal University. Here was created a high-temperature lubricant "SILKON". It can be used in friction units in the production of glass, brick, metallurgical and other plants. Research in this area has also helped to create an additive to automobile engines — avtodoktor. It allows you to carry out a full repair of the engine without stopping the car for repairs. Just pour the additive into the engine and drive from 100 to 500 km. According to the developers, the cost of repairs is reduced tenfold. Both the lubricant and the additive are still produced in small batches at the University enterprises. However, it is too early to talk about mass production. However, some of the Institute's developments have already attracted the interest of large customers. One of them is a special coating for metal against icing, which is planned to be used on the railway.
