Winners of the contest "The best IT project of Don" received well-deserved awards

- In total, more than 50 applications were received for the competition. After preliminary selection in the format of business acceleration on the basis of the Southern IT Park, 22 projects were admitted to the final part of the competition, - commented Evgeny Poluyanov. – It is gratifying that every year the projects of the contest participants become more qualitative, socially demanded and focused on improving the quality of life of the population of our region and the country as a whole.
Thus, the third place was awarded to the project of Adam Arutyunov - "Contest service for learning programming Pycon". This service allows you to automatically check the correctness of solving programming problems and provide individual and group reports on individual sections or on the educational program as a whole. The contest service is universal and can be adapted to the needs of any educational institution.
"Silver" went to Konstantin Arshba. He developed the expert system "PROGOSZAKAZ. RF". The system contains comprehensive information about the current practice of consideration of similar disputes by control bodies in the field of public procurement, rational approved templates and forms to increase the efficiency of the procurement process. It allows you to automate almost all routine operations, systematically develop and enrich your competence in the field of regulated procurement, and minimize the risks of administrative and legal penalties that arise in case of violation of the requirements of the legislation on the contract system. With the help of this system, work in the field of public procurement becomes clear and accessible.
And the winner of the contest was Olga Vitchenko with a mobile application for recognizing Braille. The solution is designed to improve the effectiveness of communication between sighted and blind people: sighted people will be able to read Braille texts, blind people will be able to independently submit written appeals to various authorities; teachers who do not know Braille can work with blind and visually impaired students in inclusive programs in ordinary classes, such students participate in Olympiads on an equal basis with sighted people. The solution recognizes Braille texts captured under room lighting on a cell phone camera.
The winner of the contest received the main prize - 250,000 rubles. For the second and third places, 225,000 and 200,000 rubles are provided, respectively.
Recall that this year the regulations on the competition have been changed, now only individuals of the Russian Federation living in the Rostov region take part. The changes were made to support young IT professionals directly.
The competition of IT projects of the Rostov region has been held since 2013. The idea of creating the contest was supported by the Governor Vasily Golubev.
