Three participants from the Rostov Region won the final of the Digital Breakthrough contest

The final of the third season of the All-Russian Digital Breakthrough Contest, the flagship project of the presidential platform "Russia is a Land of Opportunities", has ended. The operator of the competition is the Russian Association of Electronic Communications (RAEC).
Among the winners are three participants from the Rostov region, another team was awarded a grant from partners.

A total of 251 teams from all over Russia competed in Innopolis and 14 regional IT hubs, as well as in an online format. The 36 best teams shared the prize fund of 24 million rubles. Also, seven teams were awarded partner grants - a total of more than 2 million rubles. According to the results of the final hackathon, 232 solutions were developed for the proposed 12 case problems.
The First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
- It is extremely important that now the cases that you have solved are tasks that are really needed and will really be implemented. I would like to thank all the organizations that submitted their competitive tasks. I managed to talk to a number of customer companies: when they put cases on the hackathon that their full-time programmers would solve from six months to a year, they themselves did not really believe that they could be done in 48 hours, and now they admire and are surprised that the teams of participants of the Digital Breakthrough were really able to do this work and offer unexpected, unique, extremely interesting solutions," Sergey Kiriyenko noted.
According to Sergey Plugotarenko, Director of the RAEC, head of the project office of the Digital Breakthrough competition, Digital Breakthrough unites business, government, public organizations and the best IT personnel of the country.
"Digital Breakthrough is already more than a competition, and we should treat it as a platform for productive discussion of initiatives, solving key issues of the industry and accelerating Russia's digital transformation," Sergey Plugotarenko said.
So, Donetsk resident Alexander Kudryavets from the Mamihlapinatan team took the first place in the Accenture case. The participants presented a real-time raw material quality streaming analytics system, a software and hardware platform for automatic monitoring of the quality of bulk cargo deliveries to enterprises.
Vladimir Zinov from the Kiwi Farm team took third place in the Accenture case. PAK "Stickman" is a system of automated quality control of raw materials. This PACKAGE is integrated into existing business processes. Its application allows you to objectively assess the quality of the accepted raw materials, automatically make a decision to stop acceptance and keep records of the accepted volumes and quality of raw materials in relation to the supplier. The uniqueness of the solution lies in the possibility of analyzing raw material quality statistics by suppliers and predicting the impact of raw material quality on the quality of smelting, which in the future will reduce costs and improve the quality of products.
Olga Lutsenko from the 1DevFull team took first place in the Promsvyazbank case. Web + The Android + iOS app allows a mentor to create and assign onboarding tasks for a new employee.
Also, the HolyDev team (Dmitry Puzikov, Pavel Lukash, Mikhail Ryabtsev), who solved the Rosseti case, received a grant from the Russian Post in the amount of 300 thousand rubles.
The participants presented a platform for training operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) - UAV-Studies. The application provides comprehensive training for drone operators: from the legal framework to the practical skills of controlling the device. Flexible adjustment of external factors, high accuracy during maneuvers, compliance with proportions and distances - all this allows you to study "drones" and develop practical skills to control them. Now there is no need to worry about expensive equipment - UAV-Studies allows you to prepare for any tests.
Recall that the Digital Breakthrough contest is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Social Elevators for Everyone" of the national project "Education".
